Babylon Village's American Legion Post 94 will host a Military Ball in honor of our men and women in the Armed Forces at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Admission will help the community focal point legion building pay for a new roof.
- St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Lindenhurst will host their 13th Annual Fall Festival “Americanafest” on Sunday from noon- 4 p.m. Games, food, live music, fun for all ages. $15 for adults, $8 for children 12 and under and children 5 and under free.

The NY/NJ Region of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America (HDSA) will be holding their annual Team Hope Walk Long Island on Sunday at Belmont Lake State Park, Birch Pavillion. The Team Hope Walk program is HDSA’s largest grassroots event, being held on over 100 cities across the country. All proceeds support HDSA’s fight to improve the lives of people affected by HD and their families. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and walk kick off begins at 10 a.m.
