With the new school year rapidly approaching, that also means high school fall sports teams will soon take the field.
With that in mind, in the coming days, we will share the various schedules for the varsity teams at West Islip High School.
First up, Lions football:
9-4: West Islip @ Hauppauge, 3:30 p.m. (scrimmage)
9-12: Smithtown West @ West Islip, 4 p.m.
9-21: West Islip @ Bay Shore, 2 p.m.
9-28: Smithtown East @ West Islip, 2 p.m.
10-5: West Islip @ North Babylon, 2 p.m.
10-12: West Islip @ East Islip, 2 p.m.
10-19: West Islip @ West Babylon, 2 p.m.
10-26: West Islip @ Riverhead, 2 p.m.
11-2: Half Hollow Hills West @ West Islip, 2 p.m.
