Moore, Kelly Named Top Freshman

Former West Islip High School LAX stars included in prestigious Inside Lacrosse list.

Two members of West Islip High School’s state championship lacrosse team have been named to Inside Lacrosse magazine’s list of Power 100 Freshmen.

Attackman Tom Moore was ranked number 42 and goalie Jack Kelly was ranked number 63. Moore, who was also ranked number 13 in the periodical’s list of Top 40 Attackmen, will play his college lacrosse at Denver University. Kelly will take his goaltending skills to Brown University.

Moore and Kelly were integral parts of the 2012 West Islip Boys’ Lacrosse Team that went 21-1 this past season in capturing the team’s fifth Class A state title over the past seven years.

During his senior year, Moore led the Lions with 60 goals and 84 total points, while Kelly provided big saves and continual leadership from the West Islip cage. In the Lions 12-7 state title game victory over in June, Kelly was named Defensive Player of the Game.

You can thank all these POS politicians for the new gun legislation designed to make law abidingRead More citizens give up their second amendment rights out of sheer frustration and incontinence of owning a gun legally for increases in savage on citizen violence. This is only the beginning and in short time many New Yorker's will be forced to remain in their homes fearing one of these animals will make them their pray. I for one believe in the old adage, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Has anyone been able to find out if we are losing money renting this building to this for profitRead More preschool? If I under stood correctly from previous post's, there may be some friendship with one or more BOE members which paved the way for their lease.
