Monday thru Friday beginning July 5th and running weekly thru August 27th. From 10 am - 12 noon we will sponsor a camp for kids ages 8 thru 12 featuring some low impact exercise and intro ( beginner thru intermediate ranks) to general martial arts. Uniforms included. Must register at least one week in advance. Following the camp will be Mommy & Me ( Daddy & Me as well) which will run for one hour beginning at 12 noon -1 pm. T-shirts will be supplied.
