Stretch those legs because the West Isip School District has announced Wellness Weekend, an annual series of activities focused on fitness, is scheduled for to begin on Friday, March 2.
The weekend will kick off with volleyball tournaments and end on Sunday, March 4 with a 5k run, walk and jogathon.

The following is the schedule for now:
- Friday, March 2nd- 6th Grade Volleyball Tournament @ WIHS 7 p.m. start (Students pre-register in gym class)
- Saturday, March 3rd- 5th Grade Volleyball Tournament @ WIHS 9 a.m. start (Students pre-register in PE class)
- Sunday, March 4th- Kids Dash @WIHS 10:15 a.m. start (Regististration is from 9-10 a.m.)
- Sunday, March 4th- 5K Fun Run @ WIHS 11 a.m. start (Regististration is from 9-10:45 a.m.)
