Mark the Date: Free Youth Heart Screening Program

Completed medical questionnaire required for screening program.

A free youth heart screening program will be held at the West Islip High School on Saturday, March 15 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The program is aimed at detecting any potential heart issues using simple non-invasive tests such as an ECG and ultrasound.

Those interested in having the screening need to pick up an information packet at the West Islip High School main office, or can download the documents, and complete the questionnaire with a parent or guardian which must provide a signed permission slip for participation.
