Fondant Workshop: Valentine's Day Cake Decorating

A member from the Baking Coach staff will teach you the art of working with

fondant, just in time for Valentine’s Day!how to make homemade fondant icing. After the fondant is made we will give your cake a quick crumb coat with buttercream icing and then cover your cake with fondant. Using buttercream icing, pastry bags and tips create a design on your cake and learn techniques like a pro. Join us for an experience that will last you a life time. Everyone takes home their creation in a bakery box.
