Harassment, Graffiti Reported in Local Police Blotter

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below.

Arrests

• On November 6, Michael Thomas, of West Islip, was arrested in Huntington for criminal possession of marijuana. 

• On November 9, Raymond Giusto, of West Islip, was arrested in Islandia for petit larceny.
• On November 9, Erick Collier, of West Islip, was arrested in Copiauge for criminal possession of marijuana. 

Incidents

• On November 6, there was a report of harassment (loud party) reported on Myrtle Avenue in West Islip at 9:45 p.m.
• On November 7, there was a report of graffiti making on Malts Avenue in West Islip at 10 p.m.
• On November 7, there was a report of graffiti making on Orinoco Drive in West Islip at 6 p.m.
• On November 8, there was a report of burlary on Howells Road in West Islip at 4:15 p.m.
• On November 9, there was a report of harassment (boyfriend vs girlfriend) on Pine Avenue in West Islip at 8:25 a.m.
