Drug Possession, Criminal Mischief Reported in Local Crime Blotter

Arrests and incidents reported by the Third Precinct of the SCPD between Jan. 28-Feb. 4

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.  A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • On Jan. 29, Vincent Cotrone III, of Copiague, was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • On Jan. 30, Adreea Setkowsky, of West Islip, was arrested in Medord and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • On Jan. 31, Andres Acosta, of West Islip, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with aggravated operation of a vehicle without a license.
  • On Feb. 3, David Guidice, of West Islip, was arrested in Deer Park and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

  • On Jan. 30, there was a report of grand larceny on Sunrise Highway at 7 a.m.
  • On Jan. 31, there was a report of criminal mischief on Sunrise Highway at 9:45 p.m.
  • On Feb. 1, there was a report of criminal mischief on Montauk Highway at 7 a.m.
  • On Feb. 3, there was a report of harassment on Secatogue Lane West at 10:45 p.m.
