The Jets will open the second week of the NFL schedule in prime time Thursday night. It will be their first meeting with their arch rival since the infamous “Butt Fumble” last Thanksgiving. Both teams are 1 – 0. This will be the game for first place in the AFC East.
The Jets have never had a better opportunity to beat the Patriot and set the tone in the division. They are coming off an unlikely last second victory. Their rookie quarterback is riding a high. Their defense looks like it could be one of the NFL’s best.
