Don't Miss: West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition Clam Shucking Contest
Coalition's 19th annual event set for Tuesday, Aug. 13.
For the 19th year, the West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition will host their Clam Shucking Contest at Surf's Out Restaurant in Kismet on Tuesday, August 13.
Festivities include music, raffles, a Chinese auction, silent auction and children's activities. There will be a cash grand prize for the raffle. All proceeds support the “Lend A Helping Hand” program, which provides services for local women affected by breast cancer.

Admission to the event, which lasts from from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., is free.
Ferry ticket prices to Kismet will be reduced for the 9:20 a.m. and 11:20 a.m. rides, while supplies last. Tickets must be purchased at the Maple Avenue dock only.
