March 2: First School Budget Draft Proposed, Open Mic Night

1.  Superintendent Rick Simon proposed the first 2011/12 budget last night to the tune of $108,611,892. More on that later this morning. 

2.  Acoustic Open Mic Night (9 p.m.-1 a.m., Biddy Sratts)

3.  New York State Pre-licensing Course (4:30-9 p.m., Library)

You must attend this course to be eligible to take the road test.  Be sure to bring a valid Learner's Permit,  black pen and the $40 registration fee to the class.

4. Shapes in Nature at Gardiner County Park (10-11 a.m., Gardiner County Park)

Join a hiking group and discover art in nature.  But be sure to call ahead- 854-4949.
