Following several days of flight cancelations at Long Island MacArthur Airport because of the blizzard, weather once again is causing havoc for local travelers.
At 2:15 p.m. on Monday, the airport announced that Southwest Airlines has canceled all departing flights for the remainder of the day. However, arriving flights are continuing.

USAirways Express is also experiencing delays and cancelations. The airline’s customers can check usairways.com or contact the airline directly at 1-800-428-4322.
