West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition Donates $15K To Good Sam

Donation will help support the hospital's Breast Health Services.

The West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition recently donated $15,000 to The Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation to support Breast Health Services.

Since 1992, the coalition and Good Samaritan Hospital have worked together to supporting breast health among local women. God Sam's Breast Health Center has been open since 1997.

Good Samaritan’s all-female mammographers are specialists in breast imaging.  Additionally, Good Samaritan is accredited by the American College of Radiology, has three-year/full accreditation designation from the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers and has accreditation with commendation from the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer.
