Photo Gallery: Boy Scout Troop 95 Holds Car Wash Fundraiser

On Saturday, Troop 95 gathered at Church of Christ to wash cars and raise dollars.

Chris, a member of the Boys Scouts Troop 95, enjoyed a fantastic day in the sun on Saturday with his friends while washing cars to raise money for their troop. The outdoor event was held at making it convenient for cars to pull in for a quick wash.

The Boy Scouts Organization, which focuses on building quality leadership skills beginning at a young age, teaches it's participants how to hold successful community building events such as car wash fundraisers.

Donna Angiulo, one of the event organizers, helped navigate the incoming vehicles while the boys scrubbed down car after car for a small fee of $8.00.

The crystal clear weather held out strong throughout the day making the event a huge success. Cars continuously lined up back to back beginning in the early morning and in to the late afternoon giving the troops plenty of work to do.
