There are addition errors on WISD's Budget!

Scroll down to the page titled “WIUFSD 2014/15 PROPOSED BUDGET” and look at lines 1 through 8.  Line 9 should be the total of lines 1 through 8 however the total listed on line 9 is $32,750 LESS than the actual total of lines 1 through 8.  Ironically, the account description for line 9 is:  “BOARD OF EDUCATION”.   Those are the facts. Now here’s my opinion of those facts: The letter titled “An Important Message From the Board Of Education to West Islip” which was in the special budget edition of the Lion’s Pride says “…West Islip has emerged even more efficient and the Board of Education and district administration remain committed to providing the strong education and fiscal responsibility that the residents of West Islip have come to expect.”   I guess the Board of Education and district administrators didn’t think that proof reading the $115.3 million dollar budget would be a “fiscally responsible” thing to do. How efficient.
