WEST ISLIP, NY – It is an exciting time at St. John the Baptist Diocesan High School as a top student-athlete has  selected his college. The SJB community is proud to celebrate the accomplishment of this student-athlete:

Kyle Williams, Freeport resident- Boys Basketball - Grambling State University in Louisiana.

The National Letter of Intent (NLI) is a document used by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) to indicate a student athlete's commitment to participating in interscholastic athletics in the United States.

“I am very excited for Kyle as he embarks onto the next step. I am sure he will make an impact at Grambling as he did here at SJB.  Kyle is a wonderful basketball player, a great student and an outstanding young man. We wish Kyle all the best, and he will be missed here at St. John’s.” said Ralph Dalton, boys Athletic Director.
