Monday, Oct. 21

There is a Blood Drive at Bayview Elementary School, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

It’s Monday Night Football Night at West Islip Library with game kickoff at 8 p.m.

Sports action:
All three varsity squads playing today are heading to Smithtown for game play:
Boys soccer plays Smithtown West at 4:30 p.m.
Boys volleyball takes on Smithtown East at 5:45 p.m.
Girls volleyball takes on Smithtown East at 4 p.m.

Donate for a Great Cause
The Helping Hands organization in West Islip will be accepting new and gently used Halloween costumes and back to school clothes for the needy in the first half of the week. Drop off is at the West Islip Fire House on Union Boulevard and deadline is 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
