best bagels in NY! i would recommend coming here if you want a real NY bagel! unfortunately, they don't make egg sandwiches but the bagels make up for it! i don't know why there are complaints about the service, the girls that I see on the weekends are always sweet to me, yeah they are teens but hey teens need jobs too!

I have been going here for a couple of years because it is close to my business, but I will not be going anymore. I don't even know who owns the place because I am always served by young teens. My order is always wrong, and the workers have attitudes. They are lazy and don't want to do any work. Many of them sit up on the counter by the food, which I find very unsanitary. I will taking my business else where.

Very friendly staff and excellent bagels, but im all about customer service. The owner is not a friendly lady at all. She also frequently has her dog in the back of the store which boggles my mind being that it is a food establishment.
