A fundraiser to help and support Chris Huckstadt, a 15-year-old West Islip resident battling Hodgkins Lymphoma, will take place Sunday at the Babylon Masonic Lodge from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. For a $15 donation, you receive dinner as well as unlimited soda and juice. There will also be a cash bar.

Warm weather has finally arrived, so why not take a tour of the gardens at Sagtikos Manor. Peony Path tours depart on Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. The cost is $12 at the door, pending available space.

Pick up some fresh, local produce at the Babylon Village Farmer's Market, which is opening for the season on Sunday at 8 a.m. Enjoy live music from 10 a.m. to noon.

Last Hope Animal Rescue is holding a free rabies vaccine clinic for dogs and cats at Babylon Town Animal Shelter on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All Long Island pet owners are eligible; no appointment necessary, but all pets must be at least 4 months old. Dogs must be leashed, and cats need to be in carriers. Dogs must be dog & people-friendly.
