The 62nd Annual Babylon Tuna Club Tournament will take place at the Babylon Docks through the weekend. Head down to watch the competitors bring in the catch and enjoy live music, food and more.
West Islip Wines and Liquors is hosting a complimentary tasting of Burnetts Falvored Vodka on Friday at 4 p.m. stop by for a sample.
The Cowsills will take the stage Friday night at Tanner Park. The band plays a free show beginning at 7:30 p.m.
US Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 1-2 Amityville will give a one-day Boating Safety Course on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Anchorage Yacht Club in Lindenhurst. The cost is $50, with families of 3 or more $35 each and children ages 12-15 are $30 and must be accompanied by parent or guardian). All materials are included.
Don't miss the comedy of Uncle Floyd on Saturday at the Dix Hills Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Tickets cost $20.
