Brentwood

Mother Cabrini Feast. On Sunday, head over to Suffolk Community College in Brentwood for the 42nd Annual Feast of Mother Cabrini. The festival starts at 4 p.m. Stay for the rides, watch the fireworks on Saturday August 24th or Sunday September 1st, listen to the music or cheer the participants in the Zepoli Eating Contest. Whatever you do, the admission is free, rides are Pay-one-price and proceeds benefit the many local charities of the Giuseppe A. Nigro Lodge #2234.

Babylon

Sightseeing Cruises of Great South Bay. Get aboard the Delta Lady for a great cruise of the Great South Bay at Captree Park. Cost: Adults $15; seniors $12, children under 12 $10. Reservations recommended.

Argyle Park will host the weekly Village Summer Concert Series on Friday as Jan Wickline and the Amber City Band will take the gazebo stage at 7 p.m. for free.

The Babylon Village Chamber of Commerce will hold its Saturday Summer Sidewalk Sales - shop local and save big!

Lindenhurst

Open House. Head over to Adagio Contemporary Studio of Dance on Saturday at noon for information and early enrollment at the Wellwood Avenue school.  

The Happy Clam Show. This kids musical event is being held at the Venetian Shores Beach Hut on Saturday at 3 p.m. Musical games, role playing, parachute play and more
