West Islip Scout Hosting Blood Drive Next Week
Help save a life and support a scouting endeavor all in one move.
West Islip resident and future Eagle Scout Jonah Lanigan, of Troop 95, is hosting a blood drive and is aiming for a huge turnout to save lives and also support his goal to become an Eagle Scout.
The drive will be held September 13 at the North Babylon Firehouse, 20 Hale Road, from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
While walk-ins are welcome, donors can schedule an appointment by calling Lanigan at 631-512-3262. Troop 95 is based out of the Church of Christ on Montauk Highway, across from the West Islip library.
