Resident, Teachers Bake 3,000 Cookies for Sagtikos Manor Xmas Event

WI resident Cindy Theiss coordinated the baking.

“The Treasures of Christmas” at Sagtikos Manor was recently held to invite the public to tour the historic manor located on Montauk Highway.

As a highlight of the special event, 15 area school districts’ Family and Consumer Science classes baked more than 3,000 cookies. The handmade treats were distributed by three Girls Scouts, Noelle Marvelli, Stephanie Hahn, and Melanie Schiavone, at the end of the event.
