Congratulations to the Peewee Tier 1 Super Bowl Champion West Islip White!
This incredible team (7 and 8 year olds) beat the Valley Stream Green Hornets Sunday to come in first place in the whole league–that's 1st place out of 23 teams!
This was a double victory in that the boys battled a great team and also the elements. They played at a waterfront turf field in Copiague during single digits temperatures with 45 mph wind gusts! A great day for West Islip.
