West Islip came out in the second half extended their 8-4 halftime lead by three, with goals from Sagl, sophomore Nick Aponte and junior Jon Reese.  The defense limited a feisty East offense to few shot attempts and controlled the pace of the game, something Craig said he was particularly proud of.

"In the second half I thought we played ball control, played smart, had a 3-0 third quarter, got a couple to start the fourth quarter, and totally took control of the game and the tempo of the game," he said.

The Bulls were able to hoist a five-spot up in the fourth with some nifty shooting from Dylan Senft, Mike Buono, Anderson and Desimone.  But it was little too late to knock off the undefeated Lions, who haven't lost a game since the season opener to last year.
