High School Football Schedules: Week 8

Regular season comes to a close this weekend for schools across the region.

It’s Week 8 of the high school football season and teams from across the region will again be hitting the gridiron for their final regular season contests. Patch offers a look at this week’s schedule of games and a glimpse back at the results for each school in the area from last week’s games.

• Friday, 6 p.m.: William Floyd at Lindenhurst (2-5)

• Saturday, 2 p.m.: Smithtown West at West Islip (7-0)

• Saturday, 2 p.m.: North Babylon (4-3) at Newfield

• Friday, 6 p.m.: Sayville (7-0) at Deer Park (1-6)

• Saturday, 7 p.m.: Half Hollow Hills East (3-4) at Commack

You can thank all these POS politicians for the new gun legislation designed to make law abidingRead More citizens give up their second amendment rights out of sheer frustration and incontinence of owning a gun legally for increases in savage on citizen violence. This is only the beginning and in short time many New Yorker's will be forced to remain in their homes fearing one of these animals will make them their pray. I for one believe in the old adage, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
