West Islip Ice Hockey Tryouts

If you attend school in West Islip (or North Babylon) and are interested in playing high school ice hockey, the West Islip Hockey Club is holding tryouts for its Varsity, JV, and Freshman teams (ages 12 and older by Sept. 2012) at The Rinx, 660 Terry Road, Hauppauge, on two nights: May 31, 6:40 to 7:40 p.m., and June 7, 6:40 to 8:10 p.m.  Players should attend both tryout nights and arrive by 5:40 p.m. for check-in.  Players must wear full equipment, including neckguard, mouthpiece, and cage.  There is a one-time fee of $35 due the first tryout night only.  In order to tryout, players must bring the following three documents to the first tryout night: One (1) copy of your 2012-2013 USA Hockey Registration Confirmation Page, with confirmation number bar code; One (1) signed copy of the Suffolk County High School Hockey League Player Registration Form; One (1) signed copy of the West Islip Player Registration/Consent to Participate Form.  Here is the link to USA Hockey's registration page: https://www.usahockeyregistration.com/login_input.action.  Registration forms are available on the Club's website: www.westisliphockey.com(click the "Forms" icon in the left sidebar; then click the appropriate icon in the right sidebar).  If you have any questions, please call Keith LaRock at 631-669-1389.  Also call Keith if you want to play for West Islip during the 2012-2013 Season but cannot attend tryouts.  For more information on the West Islip Hockey Club, visit our website: www.westisliphockey.com.
