West Islip Fire Department Community Blood Drive

The West Islip Fire Department will be hosting a community blood drive from 2:45pm~8:45pm each donor will receive a pair of Mets tickets to a 2012 home game. Tickets will be mailed to the donors.

Eligibility Criteria:

Bring ID with signature and photo

Minimum weight of 110lbs

Minimum age of 16yrs old (with parental permission) Age 76 and older need doctors note.

Eat wll and drink plenty of fluids

No tatoos in the past 12 mths.
