Take a class with Master James Ran.

Master James Ran has spent his life learning and refining the YI - JING - MN system.YI - JING - MN , incorporates , Tai Chi , Bau Gua , Xing YI , Baji and kung fu ,emphasizes fluid graceful movements , yet are highly effective self defense , techniques , internal exercises and forms cultivate CHI energy for health and self defense.

Participates in Competitions:YES. ( push hand , forms,etc)

We meet near at 165 street & oak ave's entrace by left side.at Kissena Park. Flushing . NY.

Kids class: Tai CHi / Self defense.

Woman's class: Self defense / Chi Kung.
