WI High School Students Find Expression Through Dance
West Islip HIgh School Dance Company Holds Spring Performance
On Tuesday May 25, the West Islip High School Dance Company (WIHSDC) performed its spring concert at West Islip High School. Directed by Abigail Agresta-Stratton, high school students performed choreographed routines synchronized to popular music artists.
The West Islip High School Dance Company is comprised of the most experienced dancers at the school. The uniqueness of the program allows dancers to create and perform original choreography for school performances. Just like many other after-school activities, dancers must commit to rehearsing many hours after school.
