The Lions also took home the team title by edging out Port Jefferson. The team was led by Champions: Devin Marino, Colin McShane, Chris Labriola, and Nick Morillo.  Also placing for the Lions were: Ronnie Peterson, Brett Boyle, Matt Ferrugiari, Nick Colloca, Dan Youngelman, Jared Schumann, Ryan Gray, and Dan Rivera.

This tournament and the donation to the West Islip Break Cancer Coalition were dedicated to the memory of Edie Mellino, a long time West Islip resident.  Edie was a quiet force in the Lion Wrestling Program for over forty years as the wife of former Head Coach Tony Mellino.  Her indelible influence is felt throughout our community and her spirit is always with the Lion Wrestling Program.
