Anger can destroy our health, our relationships, and certainly our happiness.
Why do we get angry?
What is the cause of our anger and what is the solution? Can we be a powerful agent of change without anger? In Buddha’s teachings we can find methods to free ourselves from this agitated, distorted state of mind, and learn how to harness the power of clarity, compassion and wisdom. Each class can be attended individually. Walk-ins welcome!

This is only the beginning and in short time many New Yorker's will be forced to remain in their homes fearing one of these animals will make them their pray. I for one believe in the old adage, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
