Class of 2013 Says Good-bye

Family and friends gather at the high school to wish graduates well.

Members of West Islip High School’s Class of 2013 took their final bows on Saturday as the group of young adults spent one final day together celebrating their accomplishments and looking toward their futures.

Sitting on a sun-drenched football field at the high school, grads were decked out in white and blue and were surrounded by family and friends that packed the bleachers.

Patch cameras were on hand to capture this year’s graduation. Check back Monday for video coverage of speeches from Valedictorian Julia Foote, Salutatorian Taylor Denara as well as school officials.
