The flyover, conducted by the , is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. At 8:30 p.m., a U.S. Army Color Guard will join in for a playing of the National Anthem. The fireworks are slated to start at 9:30 p.m.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Pronto of Long Island, a community-outreach center serving more than 63,000 people across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
