Sad, nice guy though. Alot of folks ran from NYC to Long Island, only problem though is not one politican has really cared for the busy homeowners working day and night to pay the taxes and support all the political patronage jobs and likewise in the school Districts. Meantime, NYC has gotten all the gravey and the homes we fled from are worth close to a million dollars and here in 30 years they are worth...well you know. We pay for everything over and over. There is little to nothing to do for free. In NYC those beaches are free, here they cost 8 dollars to park and there is no end in sight to fees and upgraded taxes year in and out. We really need a rebellious leader to rise to the event .This guy retiring has squandered money he was suppose to give out in his district.Does anyone have a list of the hundreds of thousands of dollars Washington provides for Senators to distribute in his district each year? What did he do with all the money he was to distribute in his district to the taxpayers? I don;t see anything??
