West Islip Police Blotter: Theft, Damaged Vehicles, Harassment Spark Crime

Incidents reported between June 19-25.

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below. All complaints listed are only alleged crimes under local investigation.

The following incidents were reported to the Suffolk County Police Department Third Precinct between 6/19 and 6/25.

-On June 20 at 6:30 p.m., a man reported the theft of items from a property on Peter Paul Drive.

-At 10:00 p.m. on June 20, a man reported the theft of items from a location on Clay Avenue.

-On June 21 at 12:00 p.m., a woman reported the theft of items from a home on Sequams Lane East.

-On June 21 at 7:30 p.m., a man notified police about damages that occurred to a vehicle parked on Sandra Avenue.

-At 11:00 p.m. on June 21, a man told police about the theft of items from two vehicles parked on Spruce Avenue.

-On June 22 at 8:00 p.m., a man reported the theft of money from a tow truck parked on Oakneck.

-At 9:00 p.m. on June 22, a woman reported damages that occurred to a vehicle parked on Arcadia Drive.

-At 7:55 a.m. on June 23, a man reported an incident of harassment that occurred at a location on Montauk Highway.

-On June 23 at 10:45 a.m., a man reported the theft of items from a location on Higbie Avenue.

-On June 25 at 12:30 a.m., a woman reported damages made to a property located on Celia Street.
