Possession, Grand Larceny Reported in Local Crime Blotter
Arrests reported by the Third Precinct of the SCPD between March 4-11.
The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below.
Arrests
- On March 6, John Jordan, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip for grand larceny.
- On March 6, Nematullah Gardish, of West Islip, was arrested in North Bay Shore for harassment.
- On March 8, Gaspar Crociata, of West Islip, was arrested in West islip for criminal contempt.
- On March 8, Erick Collier, of West Islip, was arrested in Copiague for criminal possession of marijuana.

- On March 7, there was a report of harassment on W. 4th Street at 9:39 p.m.
- On March 7, there was a report of criminal mischief on Monatuak Highway at 3:30 p.m.
- On March 8, there was a report of criminal mischief on Higbie Lane at 5:30 p.m.
- On March 8, there was a report of burglary on Hunter Avenue at 3:07 a.m.
- On March 9, there was a report of grand larceny on Jackson Avenue at 11 p.m.
