Harassment, Drug Possession Highlight Local Crime Report
Arrests reported by the Third Precinct of the SCPD between July 10- July 16
The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below.
- On July 8, Charles Pepple, of West Islip, was arrested in Bay Shore for Petit Larceny.
- On July 10, Carlos Constantine, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip for misappropriate property: Refusal to return.
- On July 10, Steven McGrath, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip for false report of an incident.
- On July 13, Mark L. Pallateri, 34, of West Islip, was arrested on Central Boulevard in Merrick and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
- On July 14, Gary DeAngelo, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip for criminal possession of marijuana.
- On July 14, Anthony DeVito, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip for criminal contempt: physical contact.
- On July 16, Alexandra Neisen, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip for harassment: physical contact.
