Harassment, Assault Reported in Local Police Blotter

The following information is taken directly from the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed below.

Arrests

• On November 13, Peirre Patrick, of Wyandanch, was arrested in West Islip for assault.
• On November 13, Jason Iglesias, of Brentwood, was arrested in West Islip for disorderly contact.
• On November 14 John Aleszczyk, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Islip for criminal possession of a controlled substance.
• On November 14, Andrew Melkun, of Whitestone, was arrested in West Islip for reckless driving.
• On November 17, Jacqeline McIntyre, of West Islip, was arrested in Bay Shore for petit larceny.

Incidents

• On November 12, there was a report of harassment on East Davidson Lane in West Islip at 4:05 p.m.
• On November 13, there was a report of criminal mischief on Montauk Highway in West Islip at 2 a.m.
• On November 16, there was a report of aggravated assault on Minerva Avenue in West Islip at 6 p.m.
• On November 16 there was a report of arson on Webster Avenue in West Islip at 12:09 a.m.
