Crime Report: iPhones Stolen From Verizon Store

A look at criminal reports from Suffolk County police.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Incidents

  • An incident of criminal mischief was reported on Spruce Avenue on Feb. 20. According to reports, multiple vehicles were damaged.
  • An incident of petit larceny was reported on Astor Street on Feb. 21.
  • An incident of petit larceny was reported on Everdell Avenue on Feb. 21.
  • An incident of petit larceny was reported on Montauk Highway on Feb. 21.
  • An incident of aggravated harassment was reported on W. Fifth Street on Feb. 22. According to reports, the complaint stems from harassing phone calls.
  • An incident of grand larceny was reported on Montauk Highway on Feb. 22. According to reports, four iPhones were stolen from the Verizon store.
  • An incident of grand larceny was reported on Paris Court on Feb. 24.
  • An incident of grand larceny was reported on Kurzon Road on Feb. 24.
  • An incident of grand larceny was reported on Fire Island Avenue on Feb. 24. According to reports, four tires were taken off of a vehicle.

This is only the beginning and in short time many New Yorker's will be forced to remain in their homes fearing one of these animals will make them their pray. I for one believe in the old adage, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
