- On January 14, William Ogara of West Islip was arrested in West Islip and charged with forgery of a deed, will or contract.
- On January 10, a man was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal contempt and criminal mischief.
- On January 8, a Bay Shore man was arrested in West Islip and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.
