Arrests
The body of an apparent just after midnight on July 2. The victim was later identified as Jason Nelson, 26, of Brightwaters. No arrests were made; the investigation is continuing.
On June 27, Kimberli Burns, of Minetto, was arrested in West Islip and charged with driving while intoxicated.
