Crime Report: Drug Possession Arrests

Incidents and arrests reported by the Third Precinct of the SCPD between December 11 - December 15.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • On December 11, a West Islip man was arrested in West Islip and charged with leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it.
  • On December 11, a Bay Shore man was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
  •  On December 14, a Central Islip man was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree.
  • On December 14, a West Islip man was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
  • On December 15, a West Islip man was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property.

Incidents

  •  On December 11, there was a report of criminal mischief on Udall Road.
  •  On December 13, there was a report of aggravated harassment on Milligan Lane.
  •  On December 13, there was a report of grand larceny on Pease Lane.
  •  On December 14, there was a report of criminal mischief aggravated harassment on Higbie Lane.

This is only the beginning and in short time many New Yorker's will be forced to remain in their homes fearing one of these animals will make them their pray. I for one believe in the old adage, it's better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.
