Mildred Lillian (Balek), 90, of West Islip, formerly of East Islip, died December 03, 2013.
She was the beloved wife of late John and devoted mother of Donald and Diane. Mass will be held Friday, Dec. 6 10 a.m. at St. Peter's by the Sea Episcopal Church (Chapel), Bay Shore. Burial of cremated remains at Oakwood Cemetery, Bay Shore.
