Funeral service for Catherine F. JTownson, of Babylon Village, formerly of West Islip, will be Tuesday, from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Homes, 448 W. Main St., Babylon Village.
A member of the Daughtera of the American Revolution, Townson passed on Oct. 12 at the age of 96.
Beloved wife of the late Howard. Loving mother of Howard (Barbara), Theresa (Fritz), Bea (Paul), Elizabeth (Jim), Georgianna (Fred), and the late Catherine Zappola.
Cherished grandmother of 22 and great-grandmother of 22.
Funeral Mass 9:45 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph's R.C. Church. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Bay Shore.
