The 2012 Owl Prowl 5K is being held this Sunday, October 28th at 9:30 am. Runners dress up in costume, there's a Monster Mash Dash for the kids(FREE), all on the grounds of Scully Mansion at the Suffolk County Environmental Center. Come out for a GREAT run & some fun with the entire family!

Some fabulous news to add!! Dr. Laura Bowen will be volunteering her chiropractic services at the end of the race! Be sure to stop by and visit!
