Caroling is Highlight of Sagtikos Holiday Tours

The Sagtikos Manor in West Islip is a wonderful spot to visit anytime, but especially during the holiday season.

This year's holiday tours will be held Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8 from 11 a.m. to the last tour at 3:15 p.m.

Tours leave every 15 minutes. Reserve early and select a preferred time of entry. Cost of tour (reserved by 12/4): Adults $20, Senior (60 and over) & Students $15 and Children (5-12) $5. This year's tour theme is "Here We Come a Caroling" and visitors will learn the history of carols as they tour through the Manor which is all decorated for the holidays.

Each room will be based on a Christmas carol where a docent will give you a brief narration of that carol. Afterwards enjoy a hot beverage and cookies.

The Friends of the Manor Gardens will be selling their seasonal greens decorations and the gift shop will offer a variety of holiday items and decorations.
