Community group holds food drives throughout the year.
The Women of West Islip were busy this past weekend, collecting food for West Islip food pantries at the Stop and Shop on Union Boulevard.
The Women of West Islip (WOWI) is a non-profit organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, philanthropy and charity, developing the potential of women, and improving our community through the effective actions and leadership of its members.
