Donate to Women of West Islip's Annual Food Drive
Group will collect food for local families on Saturday.
While you're out food shopping this weekend, pick up something extra to donate to the Women of West Islip food drive on Saturday.
The organization will set up camp at Stop & Shop on Union Boulevard beginning at 9 a.m. to collect non-perishable food items.
"Its summer time and their are families in our area that need our help," said WOWI Co-Founder Patty Vorilas. "Lets all get together as the great community we are and donate any non perishable food item to help our neighbors out."
All donations collected will be distributed to local families in need.
